The Republic of Equatorial Guinea strengthened investment relations with a key Middle East ally, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Minister of Economy, Planning, and Public Investment, Eucario Bakale Angue Oyana, participated in the Future Investment Initiatives Forum, which was organized by the Saudi government.
Equatorial Guinea enjoys close economic relations with the Kingdom, and hosted the first Equatorial Guinea – Saudi Arabia Economic Forum in Jeddah earlier in the year.
The Forum focused on strengthening economic and investment ties between the two countries, and concluded with the signature of key agreements regarding economic development of energy, agriculture, fisheries, and mining.
