The Republic of Equatorial Guinea strengthened investment ties with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this week, as the Minister of Economy, Planning, and Public Investments travelled to the Kingdom to attend the Investment Initiatives Forum for the Future.
The Minister held meetings with high-level officials from the investment community, including the Minister of Energy of Mali, and the Director of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA).
Equatorial Guinea enjoys close economic relations with the Kingdom, and hosted the first Equatorial Guinea – Saudi Arabia Economic Forum in Jeddah earlier in the year, as well as the Arab-Africa World Forum last year.
