The President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, highlighted the country’s energy progress during his address to the Joint Petroleum and Gas Convention in Kampala, Uganda.
The President outlined Equatorial Guinea’s comprehensive experience as a producer of oil and gas and the progress the resources have provided for the country.
Equatorial Guinea has provided support and valuable experience to African countries in need of help developing energy production, including Uganda.
The Convention was attended by high-level officials from Canada, Russia, Japan, China, Mozambique, and Nigeria, among others.
