The President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, HE Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, continued his commitment to invest in national projects and created more jobs with the opening of an industrial complex in the district of Riaba.
The complex will provide meat and dairy to the national food market with two factories, as well as include residence for employees, a restaurant, a church, a medical clinic, a military camp, and a school.
Equatorial Guinea is committed to the creation of jobs in the agriculture and hydrocarbons sectors in line with sustainable development under the country’s Horizon 2020 program. In line with the Goals, Equatorial Guinea has made great strides over the years, including major reductions in the risk of maternal and infant mortality; free health service and drugs for youth and the elderly; the implementation of progressive gender equality policies; and electricity and sanitation for all citizens.
